Fewer systems first, then trusted numbers, then AI that does real work.

Many companies run on a dozen tools that were never built to work together. Staff re-key the same figures and rebuild the same report every week. AI on top just adds one more tool.

So we cut the number of systems first, on Microsoft. Then we agree one definition for every number. Only then do we add AI.
