Services · ESG reporting platform
Climate reports,
ready for your deadline.
Capture ESG data once and produce climate reports aligned to AASB S2, with an audit trail your assurer can follow. For Australian companies.
/01 · Your deadline
Large Australian companies now have to report on climate.
Your deadline depends on your size.
Climate reporting became law under the Treasury Laws Amendment (Financial Market Infrastructure and Other Measures) Act 2024. It sets three groups, each with its own start date.
Group 1
Jan 2025
Largest reporting entities, and large emitters registered under NGER.
Two of: A$500M+ revenue · A$1B+ assets · 500+ staff
Group 2
Jul 2026
Mid-to-large entities.
Two of: A$200M+ revenue · A$500M+ assets · 250+ staff
Group 3
Jul 2027
Mid-sized entities. Where we focus.
Two of: A$50M+ revenue · A$25M+ assets · 100+ staff
↳ Your first report covers a whole financial year, so you need data from its first day. For Group 3, that is the first financial year starting on or after 1 July 2027.
More detail on who must report and what to do now: Australian climate reporting: Group 2 and Group 3.
Am I in scope? Check the thresholds.
You're in scope only if you must lodge financial reports under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001. You also need to meet one test below: two of three size thresholds, NGER registration, or large asset-owner status. Your row sets your first reporting year.

The Government has proposed raising the thresholds for proprietary companies. In October 2026 this was not law. Check with your auditor.
/02 · The problem
Building these reports by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
Each report needs emissions figures, supplier data and evidence your assurer can check.
Data scattered across the business
Emissions, energy, fuel, waste and supplier data sit in utility portals, ERP modules, HR systems and spreadsheets. Different people own them, in different formats.
Reports rebuilt by hand every period
Teams rebuild the same workbook each time, copying figures and chasing suppliers by email. Every copy is a chance for an error.
No audit trail when assurance arrives
When your auditor asks where a number came from, there's no trail back to the invoice or meter reading. Assurance becomes a scramble.
Every number, traceable to its source. Before the auditor asks.
/03 · What you get
One checked set of ESG numbers, ready to report.
The platform replaces the workbook you rebuild each period. Figures are checked as they arrive, then reported from one place.
The platform is another company's product. Reenva sells it on behalf of the company that makes it, then connects it to your systems and supports it.
Capture each figure once.
Utility bills, meter readings, fuel logs and supplier data land in one place. Incoming data is checked before it reaches a report.
- Scope 1, 2 and 3, with documented emission factors
- Utility bills, meters and fuel logs
- Checks on incoming data
Report to AASB S2 and GRI.
Reports align to AASB S2 and GRI from the same dataset, without re-keying. Ask us about other frameworks.
- AASB S2 climate reports
- GRI outputs
- Board-ready summaries
An audit trail your assurer can follow.
Every disclosed figure traces back to its source evidence. Sign-off steps record who approved it.
- Lineage from source to disclosure
- Evidence attached to each figure
- Sign-off steps
/04 · How your data comes together
Your ESG data is scattered. We bring it into one place.
The platform connects your ERP, utility accounts, HR, fleet and supplier data into one checked dataset. From that, it produces your disclosures, dashboards and evidence.

/05 · How we set it up
We connect it, set it up and get your team using it.
You get a working reporting process, not just software.
↳ You don't need a new ERP to begin. We start with the data you already have: utility bills, fuel logs, procurement records, and travel and vendor invoices.
