See risk and
performance clearly,
before the auditor asks

Board-ready numbers on clients, portfolios and compliance, drawn from one checked source. Your compliance team reviews risk instead of rebuilding spreadsheets.

Built on Microsoft and connected to Iress, Xplan or Class, your CRM and your finance system. Each number can be traced back to its source.

/01 · The problem

Your compliance team spends its time extracting data, not reviewing risk.

If one of these sounds familiar, we can help.

  • Building the quarterly regulatory pack is mostly data extraction, leaving the compliance manager little time for analysis.

  • Each regulatory report pulls from slightly different data, so every quarter brings a manual reconciliation and new discrepancies.

  • Total funds under management are known, but adviser net flows, at-risk clients and eroding fee margins are not.

  • Mandatory climate reporting is close, but nobody knows what portfolio data it needs or how to report it.

/02 · What changes for you

One checked source for client, portfolio and compliance numbers.

We bring your platform, CRM, compliance and finance data together.

  • Your client book, live

Funds under management, net flows, fee revenue and retention risk, by adviser and product. One screen, drawn from your source systems.

    Live business dashboard
  • Reports assembled for your team to review

Board and compliance reports built from one checked source. Your team reviews and signs off.

    Business data platform
  • Possible issues flagged for review

Fee calculations and records are checked against rules your team sets. Your compliance team reviews anything flagged.

    Process automation
  • Policies and past answers, found fast

Staff search policies, past audit responses and templates in plain English. Each answer shows its source document.

    Company knowledge assistant

/03 · How your systems connect

Keep your platforms. Connect them into one view you can trace.

Your core platforms feed one checked data layer, with a record of every change. Reporting sits on top, so risk is easier to see before the audit.

/04 · Where your data lives

For Australian clients, stored in Australia and in your own Microsoft environment.

For Australian clients, your data is stored in Microsoft's data centres in Australia. For clients in the UAE, the UK and India, it is stored in the Azure region you choose. We settle who can reach it before we build, so data sovereignty is part of the design, not an afterthought.

  • Your own Microsoft environment

We set up your data inside your own Microsoft environment, not ours.

  • You decide who gets in

Access follows your own sign-in and roles. You choose which of our engineers can reach what, and you can remove their access at any time.

  • Remote work, out in the open

Some of our engineers work from India and the UAE (Dubai). They may work in your environment remotely, through your sign-in. In the review, we agree where they may access it from.

  • Data handling, agreed in writing

We agree in writing how your data is handled, who can reach it, and from where. We take you through it in the review.

Need your data accessed only from Australia? Tell us on the call, and we'll say plainly whether we can meet that. Your compliance team stays responsible for your obligations.

/05 · How a project runs

Start with one report. Know the price before we build.

We check your data before we build on it. What we build runs in your own Microsoft environment, and you own 100% of the IP in it.

If it misses the agreed outcome, we fix it. Our engineers work as part of your team.

We build the data and reporting. Your compliance team stays responsible for what is lodged, and we don't give legal or compliance advice.
